The MISSION of the Rhode Island School Superintendents' Association (RISSA) is to take action through leadership, support and advocacy to ensure the highest quality education for all children.
Paul V. Crowley Award
The PAUL CROWLEY AWARD is given each year by the Rhode Island School Superintendents’ Association to a Rhode Island citizen who, in his or her professional and/or personal capacity, has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to improving the quality of education for the children of Rhode Island with the same zeal and perseverance as Representative Paul Crowley did throughout his career as a state representative.
